PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“Travel. Discover. Gain.”
The organizer of the Arche Passport promotion “Travel. Discover. Gain.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is ARCHE S.A., with its registered office in Konstancin-Jeziorna (05-520), ul. Mirkowska 45A, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS: 0000831001, NIP: 821-16-39-335, REGON: 710021277, share capital: PLN 2,982,300.00 (fully paid), BDO number: 000078804, having the status of a large enterprise within the meaning of the Act of 8 March 2013 on Counteracting Excessive Delays in Commercial Transactions (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
The Promotion is year-round and valid from March 1, 2026 until further notice (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
The Promotion applies to the following properties managed by the Organizer (hereinafter referred to as the “Properties”):

The Organizer reserves the right to expand or limit the list of Properties included in the Promotion.
The Promotion consists of granting the Participant a voucher priced at PLN 1 (in words: one Polish zloty) for a stay including one night in a single room, standard double room, or family room (for two adults and up to two children under 16), to be used at a selected Property.
The voucher includes accommodation with breakfast.
To participate in the Promotion, the following conditions must be met:
a) reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions,
b) completing three separate stays during the Promotion Period, each at a different Property,
c) collecting three stamps in the “Arche Passport” Promotion Card (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”), provided that the right to the voucher is granted only when all three stamps are collected on the same Card.
A Promotion Participant is the person named who:
made the reservation,
paid for the stay,
stayed at the Property and used its services.
A “Stay” is defined as a guest checking in at the Property for a minimum of one night.
One stamp is granted per reservation. The stamp is issued after the stay has been completed.
The Card is issued to the Participant after completing the first stay covered by the Promotion.
After collecting three stamps, the Participant gains the right to receive a voucher for a fourth stay for PLN 1 (hereinafter referred to as the “PLN 1 Stay”).
The voucher for the PLN 1 Stay is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless the Organizer specifies otherwise.
The intention to use the voucher must be communicated at the time of reservation.
The Promotion is intended exclusively for external guests using accommodation services at the Organizer’s Properties. Employees of ARCHE S.A., employees of properties belonging to the Arche network, and persons cooperating with the Organizer under civil-law contracts are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
The Promotion applies only to reservations made directly via:
the website of the selected Property,
telephone contact with the Property reception,
email contact with the Property reception.
The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers.
The Promotion does not apply to organized groups.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other equivalents.
In the event of loss of the Card or voucher, the Organizer will not issue duplicates.
The Organizer reserves the right to exclude specific dates (in particular holidays, long weekends, and special events) from voucher redemption.
Voucher redemption is subject to room availability at the selected Property.
The voucher holder is entitled to change the reservation date once, provided the change is reported no later than 7 days before the planned arrival date.
If the reservation is not canceled within the above timeframe or the guest fails to arrive on the scheduled date, the voucher will be considered used.
The Promotion does not apply to individuals or entities using accommodation services based on corporate agreements, cooperation agreements, framework agreements, or other individually negotiated pricing terms concluded with the Organizer.

The complaint should include:
first and last name,
email address,
description of the reason for the complaint.
Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The Participant will be informed of the decision by email.
Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important reasons, provided that such changes do not infringe the acquired rights of Participants.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on March 1, 2026.
